Though many women will never experience it, it can last up to eight weeks. Many women will experience a dull lower back ache during pregnancy.  Headaches are common in the early stages of pregnancy because of the change of hormones. 
Desire to urinate often is indicative of pregnancy which starts about one and half months after one has conceived. 

Desire to have particular foods indicate onset of conception. They may not want to eat ice cream and pickles, though some women will have a penchant for some foods for almost entire period of gestation.  The final word is that if you suspect that you could be pregnant there are a lot of options for home pregnancy tests and going to see your doctor is the first thing you should do so you and your baby will be safe.
